The Future of Independent Media Summit is a two-day event, organized by Press Forward, to talk – really talk. On Saturday October 26, we’re opening the doors and hosting a public conversation on everything from philanthropy to going analog in your marketing to the impact of the Online News Act. There’s a lot to talk about! This day of conversations, workshops and networking is all about looking to the future and how we can improve journalism in Canada – for our publications, for our audiences, and for our communities. Events on Sunday October 27 are for Press Forward members and invited partners. — Registration for a Summit Pass is $50. We’ve also made available some tickets for students for $25.
